Where applicable, privacy of information and data related to any student accounts for Method Learning’s online programs provided by schools or learning institutions may be subject to agreements specifically and directly negotiated with those entities. For example, accounts provided to students by schools in NY State may be subject to Ed Law 2d and subject it’s Bill of Rights
Finally, Method Learning will not use or transfer personally identifiable information provided to us in ways unrelated to the ones described above without also providing you with an opportunity to opt out of these unrelated uses.
Collection of Information by Third-Party Sites, Advertisers and Sponsors

**SCHOOL RELATED ACCOUNT DATA–Method Learning does not share personally identifiable information from school related, student or teacher, accounts to any third party without consent of the school’s administrators. Method Learning does not sell any school related data to third party vendors in compliance with any existing education related privacy and data laws.
