Dr. Enzley Mitchell IV is passionate about helping young people achieve their dreams of attending college and competing in intercollegiate athletics. He combines this passion with his expertise in sports, athletics administration, and College success education. Dr. Mitchell is the founder of EKM, LLC, and developed the PrepSearch College Success Seminar, a program designed to guide prospective student-athletes through one of the most important decisions of their lives. With years of experience as both a head coach and athletics administrator, Dr. Mitchell has worked at the NAIA, NCAA Division I, and NCAA Division III levels. Notable among his achievements, during his second season as head coach at Northern New Mexico, he led the men’s basketball team to a 10-win improvement—a record-breaking performance in NAIA Division II basketball for the 2009-10 season. Under his leadership, the team qualified for the USCAA National Tournament and finished ranked 7th in the nation. Dr. Mitchell’s coaching and administrative career spans across institutions like Harris-Stowe State University, Illinois Institute of Technology, Northern New Mexico College, Wilberforce University, IUPUI, Earlham College, and Millikin University, equipping him with a wide range of insights into collegiate athletics and student-athlete development.
